“Aksome”, “we”, “us” refers to our beverage brand and website (including aksome.com). This Policy applies to our website, WhatsApp ordering, and related services.

2) What data we collect

Identity & Contact: name, phone, email, delivery address.
Order & Payment: items, amounts, transaction IDs (payment is processed by secure gateway; we don’t store full card/UPI details).
Technical: IP, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location (from IP or user input).
Communications: messages via contact forms, email, WhatsApp, reviews/ratings.
Cookies & Similar Tech: essential, performance, functional, marketing (see Cookies Policy).

3) Why we use your data (lawful purposes)

Order fulfilment: process orders, payments, delivery & support.
Customer support: respond to queries, complaints, refunds.
Improvements & analytics: understand usage, fix issues, enhance UX.
Marketing (optional): offers/updates with your consent (opt-out anytime).

Deletion: ask us to delete data we no longer need (subject to legal retention).

8) Payments

Online payments are handled by third-party gateways. We receive status and reference IDs but do not store full card/UPI credentials on our servers.

9) Children

Our Services are intended for adults. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us for deletion.

10) International transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your state/country, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

Our website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own—please review their policies.
