1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website aksome.com, our products (including Rabri Milk and other beverages), and related services. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and account activity.
• Information you provide must be accurate and updated as required.

3) Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders before acceptance. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation message.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Refunds for failed transactions are processed by your bank/payment gateway.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to select pin codes only. Availability is subject to service areas.
• Same-day delivery available in some regions.
• Responsibility for the order passes to you once delivered at the given address.

6) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancel before dispatch to be eligible for refund.
• Damaged or incorrect orders can be reported within 24 hours with photos for replacement/refund.
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.

7) Subscriptions

Recurring deliveries are charged automatically. You can pause or cancel upcoming cycles via your account before cutoff time.

8) Product Info & Allergens

All products contain milk. Some may contain nuts or traces of spices. Please check labels before consuming. No medical advice is implied.

9) Reviews & User Content

By submitting content, you grant Aksome the right to use it for marketing. Inappropriate content may be removed.

10) Intellectual Property

All logos, names, and site content are owned by or licensed to Aksome. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

11) Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for illegal activity, reselling without approval, or interfering with site operations.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13) Limitation of Liability

Our liability will not exceed the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aksome against claims from misuse or violation of these Terms.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Relevant clauses survive termination.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand courts.

17) Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted with a new “last updated” date.
